  • Fill out this registration form to sign up for RECREATIONAL PLAY sessions for the month of November at the Herbert Spencer Elementary School.

    • Tuesday, Nov-04, 8-10pm

    • Tuesday, Nov-18, 8-10pm

    • Tuesday, Nov-25, 8-10pm

  • Registration open from Oct-28, 7pm to Oct-30, 11:59pm.

  • First-come, first-served, if spots are filled your registration will be added to a wait list.

  • Exclusive for NWPC members with valid 2025 PCO/PBC dues paid.
