  • Fill out this registration form to sign up for RECREATIONAL PLAY sessions for the month of January at the Herbert Spencer Elementary School.

  • Registration open from Dec-30, 7pm to Jan-02, 11:59pm.

  • First-come, first-served, if spots are filled your registration will be added to a wait list.

  • Exclusive for NWPC members with valid 2026 PCO/PBC dues paid.
